ECU flashing reprograms your motorcycle’s electronic control unit — the brain that manages fueling, ignition timing, and throttle behavior. From the factory, most bikes are tuned conservatively to meet emission and noise standards outside local standards. By refining these maps for your conditions, fuel, and modifications, we restore smooth power delivery and full potential while maintaining reliability.

Choose Your Flash

Pick the tune that fits your bike and riding style. List your mods — exhaust, intake, fuel, etc. Add any desired extras like pops & burbles or race fuel calibration.

Checkout & Get Your Order Number

Once you’ve added your tune and any add-ons, complete checkout. You’ll receive your order confirmation — that number ties your ECU to your specific configuration. This is how we keep track of customer information and tunes.

Remove & Package Your ECU

Remove your ECU carefully and place it in a padded envelope or box. Include a short note with your name and order number. Secure it so it doesn’t move in transit.

Most ECUs are under the seat, behind a side panel, or near the tail section. Check your service manual for details. Wrap the ECU with bubble wrap or soft foam — it shouldn’t shift when the package is gently shaken.

We Flash It & Send It Back

We complete your tune, verify the flash, and return your ECU. You’ll receive tracking once it’s shipped.

Your ECU will arrive with our Flat Out Tuning label — flashed, verified, and ready to install. Typical turnaround is two business days once received. You can reach out to customer support anytime after install if you have questions or feedback.
